Most people i know use mpcfill.com/editor for printing their own proxies, the have like 400 card backs that can be inspiration

The back is the important part for proxies! As far ad I habe seen even using the beleren front oft mtg seems to be fair game, but I would not risk going that far tbh. Card Frames are ok for sure.

Proxies sind pretty fair game, the important part is that they are visibale as such, for exampel the dont have the real mtg card back.
If u were to make for example a emet-selch proxie things could be different because i habe no idea how square handles fanart.

19. Costumes for time travelers
3,5/5 The setting was really cool and unique and I loved how queer the book was? The adventure plot didn't feel that special but it still caught me. While I liked the two main characters the romance somehow fell flat for me.

most people I know of used InDesign (Adobe) for compiling and layout.
For printing it is probably most relevant how many copies you need / want to make and how much money you want/ can spend, there are a bunch of online printers or local printshops in Germany that do an okay job.
