It's just that nobody here before ever knew to check and make sure that the clinic was being paid appropriately for the high level of care that they were delivering.
We shouldn't have to do this. Clinical staff have enough on their plates already. We're already pulled in 500 different directions.

Oh it's so prevalent. Had a patient just the other day that was significantly under managed because she was just too complex for telehealth anymore. She hasn't been assessed in person in years. But the telehealth company refused to refer her out until she landed in my ICU bed. Maddening.

This is going to be so devastating for medical professionals. So many people have been breaking their backs in low paying positions under the agreement that PSLF would make it all worthwhile. What an absolutely fucking tragedy.

Probably too early to tell. I don't smell or see any rot, but if they're dead then they wouldn't have started to decompose yet. They've essentially been inside a giant refrigerator since being shipped.
I cut it back to bare roots and watered it. Guess we'll see what happens

Nothing that can be helped. The board employees just take a bunch of vacation time during the holidays, so requests and responses are slow to be actioned. We're back on track now it seems!

My only regret with both of my kids was not switching to formula sooner. Drove myself crazy EPing for A YEAR with both of them only for them to grow up refusing anything except chicken nuggets and other beige junk anyway. Uhg.
