I used to work with a guy who was a D-1 mascot. Said that they usually sent the underclassmen mascot trainees to events like that and low level University gatherings, while the upperclassmen handled the games and big events.

We just bought a hybrid and experienced this. Might have been because what we wanted took a month to get versus gas models on the lot, but we didn't care. Costs more, so presumably the dealership is making more, so what's the problem?

Generalizing, but "sports media" for some reason often doesn't disclose their conflicts and biases like mainline news media is supposed to, at least. Lots of the same people pumping up Shedeur Sanders worked with Deion in some capacity or are friends, but didn't mention it in coverage.
