We try to do it with Backstop, but it's all manual right now and renders a lot of false positives. We can't seem to get the settings right. So, it's not being used consistently. We would like to automate the test based on Github hook. Anyone have any experience with that?

The type ahead function is pretty good, but it depends which language you use. Vanilla JS: yes. Drupal twig or preprocess PHP functions: not so good. Also, it gets stuck in a loop, filled with wrong answers, pretty quick.
