tc2 suffers from this strange plague of bad Roblox remakes of games. believe it or not tc2 is one of the most well-made remakes. Granted its going up against dead by Roblox (a pile of shit). There are good Roblox games that are inspired by tf2 like phighting (its more overwatch then tf2 though).

I have not tried tc2 mobile yet so I don't know how good the controls are. I think that mobile in tc2 is still in beta and is buggy, but I don't know for sure. One thing that I do know is that tf2 is way faster on pc than Roblox. Just because of how old tf2 is.

as someone who loves roblox I can say that tc2 sucks balls. idk why people play it so much. if you want to play tf2 just play tf2. if you want to play roblox play literally any other game on roblox.
