He realized that he might be held slightly accountable for his atrocious actions.

Not only will poor people have to pay for tax cuts for the rich, our lives will get more expensive to cover the extra costs our taxes were used for. Hell, they barely fix potholes anymore.

They have a lot of money and weaponize their faith to create an army of fools. They'll use the Bible as a weapon without realizing that's the dumbest thing they could do according to the same Bible.

To be honest, hubris and naivete. Kinda dumb of me to give them that much credit to begin with.

The trump administration has basically removed due process for these cases. It's never even going before a judge. They're just kidnapping people, throwing them in a room, and flying them elsewhere. This is why so many people are blocking ice agents now, what ice is doing is criminal.

They keep hanging themselves on being anti-sex-crimes while worshipping one of the grossest perverts in the nation.

Sorry, I was too busy hitting my bong and being AI. Nobody owes you a conversation. You're wrong, and when I tried giving you the benefit of the doubt to explain how and why, you jumped straight to insults. Get a grip, dude.

You're making far too many presumptions. It's clouding your judgment.

First off, many private equity firms are holding onto empty residences. Second off, their doing this at all causes the costs of living in these units to be increased. It's adding an unnecessary middle-man who only exists to profit off of our needs. It's just bad for everyone except private equity.

Pretty sure it was Jack Sparrow in Star Wars, right before he kills Dumbledor.

And I think the point that's being missed is that the people aren't buying the homes. Private equity is. Which causes problems. And when private equity buys up too much housing, it increases the cost, which increases people leaving the area, on and on until we're blue in the face.

And other people would choose otherwise. Welcome to humanity: not everyone is going to agree. You and your should have the **choice** just like her family should have. Stop presuming that you're way is the best for everyone. And yeah, you were gently applauding.

And that sounds like you can't actually argue the points so you pivoted to mockery.

She was *barely* pregnant when she went to the hospital. The baby likely has encephalitis, is blind, and will struggle through life. A dead corpse was cut open to harvest that baby. Fkn gross of you to applaud. While we're on the subject, a dead body can't be forced to donate organs.

Might as well also explain why you think we're only building houses where no one wants to live. Makes no sense.
comment in response to post
"Where people want to live..." Tell us where "people want to live" that *isn't* already building more houses. While we're here, explain how private corps won't just buy the new homes "where people want to live" anyway, making the entire process futile.
comment in response to post
And the new housing will largely get gobbled up by private equity and corps. Just like the other housing they already bought up. Even if they end up losing money on it, they'll just sell it for more than its worth, and crash the housing market. It's a lose-lose for us.
comment in response to post
That makes literally no sense, man. Should we just give up on everything because it's possible someone might mess it up later? Should we stop taking medicine because we'll get sick with something else down the road? What a silly thing to say, lmfao.

Perfect retort. 10/10
comment in response to post
Even if we assume everything you said is 100% perfectly true, it is also very apparent that allowing corporations to purchase all the property will obviously push people out of being able to afford housing, forcing them into near-permanent renting. Which would be bad, in case it needs saying.

In Star Wars, the evil and corrupt emperor ended up dissolving the senate entirely. Trump did share an AI Pic of himself holding a red lightsaber.

Iran allows third-party inspectors to visit their nuclear facilities. Guess who doesn't.

Money. Right-wing influencers help the capitalists make more money. So the capitalists ensure those messages are constantly at the forefront.

All the worthless Elon bros screeched that it was *necessary* for Elon to take over our space program specifically because his shops don't explode like NASA's. Capitalism is just going to ruin everything it touches.

Far too many people see "former officer" and assume they must be a decent person.

Just because someone is talking about this one aspect doesn't mean they're saying nothing else matters.

Was this even necessary? What the hell was the point of having dudes holding drones over their heads like this?

Conservative cowards are applauding the fascist police. Every time a cop hurts an innocent person, they laugh and share it gleefully. We've descended into full-on madness.
comment in response to post
Right-wingers are spinning it and trying to claim he was effectively attacking peaceful cops. I'm tired of sharing a country with idiots who believe the stupidest nonsense.
