Oh I've only seen it do that like once, but it's a bug I think. I just hit undo and it fixed the position on its own

I just rotate it back really quick. It just takes a second, since only the head bone itself changes rotation, and not the neck.

I've finally gotten into the game recently, and I was thinking I should do that too! There are a few things I haven't watched and I should.
