Also, since some are bringing it up, there was a similar case in Texas in 2014. A judge eventually said the hospital could not use Marlise Munoz’s body as an incubator. Only then was she allowed to pass in accordance with her wishes.

To answer two common questions:
-as of now, the family is responsible for the hospital bill
-the reporting on the health of the fetus is quite vague, but Adriana’s mother has said they’re not sure if, in the case of a delivery, the baby would be able to see or walk—or even survive
