I'm honestly asking, is this now common? We were the worst kids on the block, but we never screamed at anyone. If you were mad at another kid, you punched them. Adults were at worst ignored.
As a teacher, I ran a tight ship. Starting around 2014, parents would scream at me, but not the students.

For 4 yrs I commuted twice a week directly through California's central valley. I took various routes as part of an experiment. I NEVER ONCE saw a white person working the crops - and I looked hard.
I also never saw anything but hard work.
Sadly, in 2016, 2020, & 2024, I saw a ton of Trump signs.
