WHY do reporters keep letting them get away with this obvious dodge? Show or read them the tweets if they claim they haven’t seen them & ask for a response

We’re about to hear a lot of “both sides need to lower the temperature” rhetoric from the media and the usual pundits, everyone blaming “polarization.”
But only rightwing leaders are routinely raging against Democrats as “un-American” enemies, fueling and reveling in anti-liberal militancy.

This is a feature not a bug or all authoritarian regimes. Get rid of all the independent experts and replace them with radical right wing corrupt puppets who will do whatever they’re asked by their leader.

This is the same approach Noem, Miller et al use any time anyone (eg SCOTUS, MoCs or media) asks about providing due process to migrants, i.e., smear them as supporting violent criminals bent on murdering, raping & pillaging across the US. Disingenuous & despicable. Hope SCOTUS takes note!

Same approach Miller, Noem et al take with anyone (incl SCOTUS, reporters, MoCs) who invokes detainees’ right to due process: smear them as supporting murderous thugs bent on committing crime sprees across the country. Dishonest, disingenuous & despicable. Hope SCOTUS takes notice.

No doubt Miller is giving his mistaken views to Trump. But he’s not even a lawyer.

About 1500 lawyers attended a National Law Day/May 1 rally in NYC where they re-affirmed their oaths to support the rule of law and the constitution.

Courage and smarts from the judge hearing the case who made sure Mahdawi appeared in court for the hearing and then directed court officers to immediately release him on the spot before govt lawyers could appeal.

This is exactly the type of out of the box creativity that Dems need to continue to do every single day to show they’re fighting back, they’re not out of touch and to continue to drive down Trumps poll numbers.

YES to this. Until the GOP fears their constituents more than the do Trump/Elon they will not budge. Focus needs to be on any district or state where the GOP member won by less than 15 points.

Who speaks about their fellow colleagues on the bench in this way? A lot of projection going on from this right-wing radical judge (who is anything but a “conservative”).

Who speaks about their fellow colleagues on the bench in this way? And Bradley not a “conservative” she is a right-wing radical.

Accosting someone on the street using masked officials in plainclothes is a feature not a bug. Purposely designed to terrorize, look tough and promote fear. Just look at Noem’s despicable cosplay in El Salvador.

Not a consequential mistake? Tell that to Hilary Clinton. And btw leaking classified information to an unauthorized 3rd party like a journalist is a crime regardless of whether it was accidental or not.

What kind of doctor talks about their patients this way?

Not just a bad look - it’s an illegal LEAK to a journalist. Whether it was a mistake is not relevant. Everyone on that group chat just broke the law by leaking this info to an outside third party.
