I hate it when people spread misinformation about dieting and weightloss. 40% of exercising contributes to weight loss, so when you cut out sugary drinks and drink more water you will weight. Everyone isn't taking weightloss drugs

GEN X we can definitely testify THIS IS TRUE. We were allowed to whatever we wanted as long we didn't bring shame to our family. Also there were eyes on the street if we were bad our parents who know before we got home.
