Look for the saline packets with xylitol. It’s a sugar based alcohol, so it might help a bit more. Or at least get more value out of the netti pot. Flonase also helped a ton

I had a director schedule a meeting for 8 am on a once but sent it on a weekend. He then sent another email to alert everyone that he scheduled a meeting. Seems counter productive to send an email to make sure someone saw your email (which I usually ignore on weekends)
