I see your point, but aren't they separable questions? I am against lots of specific cuts, but I'm also against trump/musk's program and strategy (and the world view that leads to them).

As an aside, i hate the indexing/ search on the nytimes website! This story is all over the front page, but on the site it's "trump goes after universities" and no links to the medicaid package. I search "medicaid" & get an opinion piece by brooks and a bunch of older articles. (I'm a subscriber).

Usually when something is reposted it includes the header info of the original post. I suppose what happened here is trump copied and pasted it.

Last year, on their way to 11-1, the eagles kept barely squeaking out wins. Merrill Reese would say, "good teams find a way to win. " I thought, shouldn't good teams sometimes just blow bad teams away? Now I'm heartened by how often the Chiefs have won like this. The other shoe may drop!

Yes, and it's already the best outcome for chaos: three teams still contending, both games will have to be played. Now, if only they still had to play them out in the event of a tie (if today's dh is a split). Tie breakers are for entertainments like football, not real sports!

Judges should be responsible for not accepting an appeal after the time expires! Just have a stop watch and refuse to accept anything after the deadline.

I love parchment paper! But it's it really compostable? I've seen unbleached paper, and have assumed that vanilla pp is treated with some chemicals (Inc bleach).

Please don't overuse "old man" so soon after we were the ones
defending one! It makes us look disingenuous.
