1/2 tsp salt in 1C. boiling water. Let water cool. Use this saline solution in a snot-sucker (like those used for infants in the hospital — can be found at a pharmacy) and shoot that stuff up each nostril twice while over a sink, blowing your nose after each shot. Good luck.

My kids live in Boise so I drove 300 miles to see Bernie and AOC with them. I wonder how early we have to get in the line!?! So excited and happy to see Dems in red states that otherwise get ignored!

5’ lady from Idaho checking in. In the last 6 mths I’ve walked miles solo around Chicago & rode the El trains. Also rode busses around Nashville for weeks. Never ever a problem.
