I have NEVER seen (nor have I imagined) a more sad, silly bending over in my life.
I’ve seen brilliant people change minds with argument. With influence. With intellect. Even sloppy and unfounded argument.

It works. You just change the cheese and add a second sauce. Wonton chips, shrimp, for sure white onions, etc…
Then, make a white cheese sauce. Bonus if it includes white wine. Then make an aioli (or a simple mayoli) with sesame oil included to drizzle over the top.
