in all seriousness, it is insanely frustrating how eminently affordable literally all of this is. we could literally do it all. a (flawed) paradise is within our immediate grasp and the world's shittiest most anti-social nerds hold the keys

this illustrates my point. the WWE is a perfect example here. sometimes, they do something that seems stupid, and it's planned. other times, the WWE does stupid shit, bc it's run by insanely stupid people. we can't assume that every time they do stupid shit, it's actually a "master plan".

lol @ jon husted on the ready for the back-up call. love my lil shit-eating goblin senator. always so hungry, that boy

hey im sorry. your feed is really wholesome and you seem really good-hearted. i still mean everything i said, though. sometimes, people (like me and the people we're discussing!) are just really stupid. assuming a greater conspiracy assumes intent and intelligence. shit just dumb sometimes.

shut up! can you take a W? can you enjoy joy? not everything is a labyrinthine plot to destroy. THEY'RE ALREADY DOING THAT. PUBLICALLY. they dont need to distract you. this is not a machiavellian plot. theyre dumb as fuck, theyre winning, and this is them losing. not complicated.

more importantly, its just the morally correct thing to do, but I do think this argument works on some people. unfortunately it works on less people than you might think, in 2025. there's a stricter binary between "let the homeless die? or not?" than before. mask off shit.

probably mine too, but I'm not gonna call it til Death Stranding 2. the previews from game journos are GLOWING

literally the last person i thought would do a "both sides, but stop being mean to me!! 😢" but egg on my face, i probably shoulda seen it comin

yeah the key of this approach is to pass super popular legislation asap and then run on that record. people like leftism when you actually do it, they don't like namby-pamby means-tested bullshit. but free school lunch for kids? popular, effective, and unassailable without sounding like an asshole.

yeah. if anything, you wanna reinforce that nasty-ass neoliberal centrism ain't communism. if you think biden third-wayism is communism obviously you'd hate it, bc everyone hates it

actually, why though

i thought you were doing this as a bit until I checked your profile, fucks sake man. anyone you're trying to talk to with this shit knows what you're doing and they don't like it

when my mom got sick all the people, including medical professionals, who pretended she had a chance just pissed me off. my doctor friends who said "oh fuck yeah there's no way to treat this sorry man" were the only people whose response helped at all

(to be clear, the "you" is the Democrat Party, not YOU you. i dont think you're responsible for this. you're just inexplicably carrying water for the people who DO do this)

if you hurt with one hand and heal with another, achieving a net zero result in the lives of Americans, they will blame you for that. and they will vote for absolute dumbshits who promise to fix their problems, bc you aren't doing it. that is the democratic party dilemma.

your bullet points obsfucate the larger point. the projects you point to fall far, FAR short of the societal reforms Dems have enacted in the past. pointing to them as huge advances in social democracy is PART OF THE PROBLEM. theyve been outpaced by the immiseration of capitalism. they are bandaids

lol. convinced you're a troll account at this point

two distinct paths: running right or running right. (running right fails): THESE STUPID VOTERS FAILED THE PARTY
