shiny vs non shiny. hmmm. one i can only run at 2x internal. the other i can run at 4x internal. 4x looks SO GOOD on my 4k tv in HDR honestly. the reflections are distracting sometimes. good compromise.

@refractionpcsx2.bsky.social hey dude! could you check out outrun 2006 on pcsx2? the performance is kinda whack on my m1 mac mini but i don't think its the lack of horsepower of the m1 and i think it might be an inefficient handling of something the game is doing. reflection probes on the cars!

it's a shame that metal gear solid 2 is mostly known for its batshit writing because the gameplay is a perfect evolution. you have so much more flexibility with your moveset and environmental interactivity, it actually feels like you're sneaking as opposed to "tactically sprinting" lmao.
