does mewing include exercises, or is it just the posture?
have you tried sth like tongue circles? (first 90 secs of vid)
for me, that really, really, *really* hurts (and you look goofy), but it's an extremely good kind of pain - it hammers tight jaw/neck muscles

Agree. I've been using LLMs since GPT-2, and I really wonder why there's such discrepancy - some say LLMs are not helpful for coding at all.
I know it depends on the language and complexity, too, but nowadays, I can't help but feel like this can't be entirely true.
