Thought about it. Heck... I even thought about sitting down and coding one. Not sure it makes sense for our budget right now. Or time, really.

That dreaded question. I get that with acting. "What have I seen you in?" Well I don't know, Melissa. Do you watch really awful movies on Amazon Prime late at night? Or anthology television series? Or the occasional syndicated show at 4am?

It's not great, but it hasn't backslid too badly yet. I'm mostly working on getting him to take food from me right now so I can reliably get some oral meds in him. Don't want to start and then not be able to keep it up.

Yep. But he was good. Didn't swat at me. Just hissed to say, "Oi! Enough o' that!"

I lucked out because AI artists often haven't ever heard of actual artists... so the idea that they might reproduce their stuff is slim. I still have this posted wrapped up in a tube somewhere. It's in... not great shape.

You pull them off brilliantly. Sometimes, when I see your scenes, I feel like a young kid on hot Summer afternoons, when the world was somehow simpler in my head, and the important things I remember were the feel of the sun, the sound of the night, or the moments with the people I was with.

He is such a handsome boy. And our resident thief. If there's something not nailed down, he'll find it and steal it.

Your bonus moment of zen this morning -- feeding time. Joe hisses galore when I stumble a bit while lowering the food bowl.

I fold my clothes as I take them out of the dryer or I would NEVER fold them. They'd sit in a basket forever. So I just fold them, carry them upstairs... and they can sit in a basket forever, but folded. It's LIKE putting them away. But more open...

Wanted one SO bad. I had an 830, but finding a phone that fit it was harder and harder post Bell breakup. Wound up with an XM301 (that I still maybe have? Not sure).

😂 I am. She's my world. It's one of the (several) reasons her last name is first in the brand name.

I've met so many incredible people online in the last 40 years (from BBSes to modern social networks). Some of those platforms don't exist anymore. But it certainly doesn't make the lifelong friendships I built on them any weaker.

But... but... "move fast and break things!" Isn't that some billionaire CEO code for "do whatever the hell I want and lie about it to make money?"

Oof. That's unpleasant. That's the same temp as it is way down here. 33-36 for the next foreseeable forecast. It's SUPPOSED to get that warm HERE...

There's really something about your pictures that just makes me feel part of the scene. I can't tell if it's part nostalgia or part longing, but every one of your pictures just pulls at me somehow. I can hear the quiet hum of the city nights, feel the cooling sunsets, the warm afternoon. It's magic.

That's weird. These are the kinds of people who's flag Michelangelo's David as being pornographic, I expect...

It's not a lot of fun, no. My first experience with them was fishing with my grandfather. He basically stood me in a fire ant hill. It was... screamingly unpleasant. Their bites sting. But then they fade after a while. And then they come back fresh. And then fade. Sometimes for days. Evil beasts.

I bought a pair of Rockport office casual dress shoes AGES ago that were just the most comfortable... and wore them out. Had them resoled, but then they started making them again. So I bought, like, 4 pairs.
