I'm sorry she went through this, I got beat up and my nose broken so bad I had to have surgery, I was 17 and bi. That was 52 years ago and nothing happened to the person who did it.

I went to school with a couple of "low IQ blacks" in the mid 70's, one was the son of the assistant secretary of the Navy and the other was the son of the president of NJ Bell.
