My primary care doc has been nagging about weight (fair) but wouldn't prescribe a GLP-1 RA. I found a different way to access it, but would she rather be able to lecture me while treating high cholesterol and/or diabetes or have me be healthier?

2 months on Zepbound for obesity - my total cholesterol dropped 70 points and I'm not longer insulin resistant according to recent blood work. Pry it out of my cold dead hands.

We just put together 15 VegoGarden beds, so I hear you.
Green beans produce a lot and don't take up much space.
Onions and garlic are easy and will make life better.
Broccoli and cauliflower get huge and buggy.
Check out the Square Foot Gardening method resources online and go from there.
