It does, but there’s still a pretty sizable glimmer of hope. Because Nintendo is paying for the majority of the movie, they could potentially override Avi’s say regarding Hunter if Nintendo felt that she was the best fit for the role.

Fair enough, it’s just the fact that a known Zionist is (co-)producing the movie doesn’t exactly have me optimistic about him willingly casting a woman who’s outspoken about the genocide in Palestine.
Then again, Nintendo is paying for 60% of the movie. So perhaps their word could override his.
