Exactly, we are at the ass kicking boots stage in our program. The Dems looked slow, fat and timid way too comfortable.

The Dems put on less of a display than the lamest college protestor.

Local metropolitan paper.

That protest was amateur hour. People are already suffering and the best you got is some signed and matching shirts. In 5 minutes I designed and crafted a logo for a T-shirt then rushed to a rally during the occupy movement garnering a photo and an interview in the Metro paper. I am just a guy.

Instead of electing Smart Hulk we elected a bunch of wimpy Banners.

Tell King Donald, that every price increase pisses of an extremely armed population even more.

Seems fair, starlink sadly is the only game in town. this is why utilities should be publicly owned and funded.

It was 5% effort. A first year college student has more sheer conviction and heart than these docile and fat career master debaters. My representative should already have their ass kicking boots on.

Fine you guys should be doing the work of the people or having town halls, that address is televised we really do not need our reps warming a seat.

I think it was 1929 or so when the House of Representatives stopped adding members with The Reapportionment Act. We have grown so much since then.

There are still good people but representing 700,000 people or more means that our individual stories get lost.

The GOP does not need to keep up any appearances as they already ceded power. We are in the keeping up appearance part of the program. I am just wait for Elon to put the congressional offices up for sale.

I would have used that ACTBLUE money and bought out a few networks for a town hall focusing on real stories of people already impacted by Trump's idiocy. Make it must watch TV.

The conservatives have managed to make their Second Amendment case.

Yes, but that requires actual backbone and a desire to do good for the people.

I would have just pulled an Animal House with fake coughing saying "blowjob" it would be more impactful than signs nobody sees. When are we going to see the wall to wall town halls that the GOP dare no do.

If we have already built new factories I might see shorter term tarrifs just to give these new ventures a little push but as a sector strategy very bad.
comment in response to

I mean build the infrastructure first then implement targeted tarrifs for a short time to kick start said factories or projects. Tarrifs at the same time as cutting jobs and assistance is beyond dimwitted

The courts are not going to right the ship. We will get to a point where domestic Internet will be restricted. It might be a good idea to go more old school.

The Governor is doing that because the state is in the hole 18 Billion for the next budget. Which really sucks because it makes it hard to absorb Federal blunders like Medicaid cuts. I am just as angry as you are, trust me.

CNBC was talking selective recession.

I kind of feel like that right now. I am a disabled person who relies on Medicare, Medicaid and FS. I had hoped to re-enter the workforce part-time but recent negativity toward the disabled makes things much harder.
I met my goal of living to see my son graduate though. Sorry to dump.

We have reached the ugly point of our program already where are offices have often forgone the paths takes just to save their own ass. That pen might need to get swapped for a sword 🗡️

Make shit cheaper, find alternative cuts and just do the job of the people and we would not be in this crisis. Growing some actual testes might help too. Rep Crocket and AOC have large nads than half of Congress.

The GOP is lockstep, they neither want or need voters.

The AG's office has been lightning quick in filing motions with the courts. While that is happening I am sure folks are searching "Guillotines for Dummies" on the Internet

MSNBC as news is ineffectual. I watch news to be presented stories to think about not being entertained. The talking head each hour is meaningless. CNBC while capitalism focused discusses the true impacts of things. NPR and PBS always pretty good.
