SARS2 is airborne, & does brain/organ damage - pretending it doesn't is NOT helping us. It feels like the world has gone mad with all this pretending.

This is some weak bull$hit from CTV. I upgraded my subscription to Rachel's substack today because she's doing great work, and we need more of her, not less.

No one could have foreseen this.

NEW POST: American Democracy is not in Decline, it's Dead emmettmacfarlane.substack.com/p/american-d...

Pierre Poilievre has been in politics for 20 years, he's written 0 legislation; has one of the highest pensions in government. He's voted against the environment & climate nearly 400 times, derailed legislation to benefit workers, and voted against affordable housing initiatives.

This is why there's no going back. There' no 'let's just survive the Trump era'. American democracy is dead. Any Canadian leaders still talking about a close relationship with the US in the future are a threat to Canada's security, economy, and sovereignty.

Canada has some very good friends. With nukes. The FS Tourville, a French nuclear-powered attack submarine, arrived in Halifax Harbor a few days ago. France now needs to park one offshore of Greenland and the Panama Canal.

I’m going to put my rich guy hat on and say I hope that Mexico and Canada issue equal, retaliatory tariffs and stick to them for an extended period. I apologize to all the people it will cost money and the businesses it will hurt. But it’s the only way for tariffs to be seen for what they are

Some of the virus population detected in this patient exhibited amino acid alterations that facilitate binding to upper respiratory tract cells. It is crucial to note that this is genotype D1.1 This is the same strain that caused severe disease in the patient in B.C. www.cdc.gov/bird-flu/spo...

CNN is normalizing the idea of a U.S. act of war against its allies like Canada. Call it what it is @cnn.com … Trump is talking about an INVASION. War could be coming, and if so, countless lives will be needlessly lost…

We must stop minimizing the threat Trump is talking about. He’s threatening an invasion and act of war against U.S. allies. Period. He is a danger to the lives of people in Western democracies.

Dear @cnn.com Invading sovereign countries is the work of fascist leaders. Referring to such threats as "teasing" is what compliant state propaganda does. Just as Trump takes lessons from Putin you could get workshop training for your editors from Russian state media. Canada will resist.

“The reality is that people are dying from COVID in our hospitals, and we really are doing very little to prevent them getting ill and getting infected. And we wouldn't do the same for any other infectious disease,” Vipond said. www.stalbertgazette.com/local-news/o...

This should be front page news. 70% of patients requiring the hospital for Covid CAUGHT it in healthcare. That’s an alarming amount of completely preventable hospitalizations. Healthcare settings know how to stop spread. Clean air & mandatory respirators. Forcibly infecting patients is wrong 🧵/1

100%. I’ve always known that although my issues aren’t terminal, if I ever am in a position where I can’t afford to pay for my guideline-supported treatments, I’d choose MAID. /1

Hi everyone. The Onion, with the help of the Sandy Hook families, has purchased InfoWars. We are planning on making it a very funny, very stupid website. We have retained the services of some Onion and Clickhole Hall of Famers to pull this off. I can't wait to show you what we have cooked up.

I implore all provinces to adopt this policy.

Check you're fully immunized against measles, Public Health Agency of Canada urges www.thecanadianpressnews.ca/national/che... CanadaHealthwatch.ca 🍁 The most important health news, in one place.

The framing. "Revealed the actual health risks" is meant to leave you with the impression this article will show evidence of harms outweighing those of Covid itself. The vast majority of people never see anything but a headline, so that impression is everything. www.thestar.com/news/canada/...

I'm starting to see this kind of thing in my own extended family. On average, the folks are refused to vaccinate and "don't believe in Covid" are sicker than they were pre-pandemic... some are severely ill. Whereas the % of fully vaccinated people I know who are having health issues is very small.

'Cochrane ignored this epidemiological evidence because it didn't meet its rigid standard. I have called this approach “methodological fetishism,” when scientists fixate on a preferred methodology and dismiss studies that don't follow it. Sadly, it's not unique to Cochrane.'
