And honestly, governments should have nipped this problem in the bud over a decade ago by passing hate speech and harassment laws, but unfortunately that never happened. That at least would have helped.

I simply don't get why film and animation nerds don't seem to want to acknowledge how badly the pandemic fucked everything up for the industry.

Turning Red, Soul, Elemental, and Luca all great movies, and this plays right into my theory that "falling off" is another codeword for shitty people to say they're racist and misogynist without actually saying they're racist and misogynist.

Yup. I think she would be a perfect choice for Zelda on both those qualities. A shame that some people can't look beyond their bigotry.

You're never going to get a more perfect casting than Hunter Schafer as Zelda, but you know that if she's announced, those same people who demand an actor look like the character will launch a huge transphobic hate campaign against her.

Though I think you can still do that while also calling out media that will be used to fund hate towards marginalized people.

I got the Switch 2 version that included the upgrade pack and I already got told about mouse controls, though I haven't used it yet since I've been playing in handlheld mode. Also, Marvelous does a great job with their physical releases. They're one of the few studios that still does manuals.

It's perfectly okay to be excited for things. Anyone who calls you a "shill" for it wants to drag you down into their misery.
