This assassination plot likely would have been stopped long ago if the FBI were functioning like it had Pre-Trump. Pulling agents off real investigations to go chase minorities to disappear has decimated the FBI.

Is there anyway to embed these? Tictok won’t let me see in this format.

Couldn’t they issue orders at such a high rank? It seems like this particular guy could directly coordinate between whatever surveillance/database searches palantir runs for ice/dhs with nationalized guard troops to search for people to deport? Or is that something that would just never happen?

Did you ever believe the administration wasn’t always going to do this? They obviously planned the whole thing with Israel.

It’s so ubiquitous in policing across the country that I thought police were taught to do this. The same action is what killed George Floyd.

I predict it will go lower! And I love that for them!

Just sample size of one here (me)- when I started taking Ozempic I had no desire to drink alcohol (ever) in the several months I took it.

How can so many people choose the same made up babes AND butcher the spelling in identical ways.

My Dad also had multiple deferments .. to go to college and grad school! I doubt Dad would be a lawyer with a clerkship if not for being #1 on his local draft register (pre-lottery days) for 8 years! But at least Dad did something useful and never lied to get out of the draft.

Almost like they were always hypocrites all along, huh? Did you get a sense of that while being in congress?

Is he conflating wildfire with the recent “refuse to call this rioting” relatively small protests?

I just finished up Brokenwood mysteries (acorn) - fun quirky show with 11? seasons.

Sadly, I expect every national guard is used to 29 day deployments.

Are they drinking bleach? How do they still have a working esophagus if they are drinking bleach?!?

Ah NOW we’re getting close to the aftermath of a big ten game between two big rivals. Have they gotten to burning couches, pulling down lampposts, and smashing storefront windows yet?
comment in response to post
I was thinking of burning couches when I wrote that lol. Plus overturned cars pulled down lampposts and smashed windows.

All I’ve seen is people filming ICE raids and yelling at ICE agents. I’ve seen worse “rioting” after a big ten championship game!

There is no federal national guard- what national guard is he talking about?

I don’t know if I’m blocked from reading quoted blurb or everyone is. But anyway I can’t see what the original driver of your post is. I’m just here to say PhD programs don’t cost the student money. Grad school is an option! You’ll be poor, but you’ll get those degrees without student loans!

He might not be able to buy a Wisconsin election but I bet he could sure complicate re-election for many republicans. Backing a third party candidate splitting the Republican vote, pouring money into attack ads, primarying incumbents. So many possibilities! Go Elon go!

Yep. We collectively decided it was more important for adults to go out to eat and/or bar hopping than it was for kids to go to school. 4.5 years later and I still feel white hit rage when thinking about this.

I’m in office daily only to have every meeting still be over zoom/teams/etc with my colleagues the next office over. So much for f2f!

Yeah - he’s mad about Medicaid and social security and all other govt spending not going to his companies - not about billionaire tax breaks. He’s still a terrible person advocating for massive harm to non billionaire Americans.

Aren’t these doge teenagers all federal employees now? If so - that is enough to get them fired. Admitting to smoking weed is enough to get one black listed from federal employment. I’m sure there are drug tests that could be done to find out!

Obesity is a serious health problem. Every biomarker - high cholesterol, high A1c, high triglycerides, high inflammation markers, all point to there is no healthy way to carry excess obese range excess fat. I don’t think medical community ever endorsed healthy obesity.

True - if any organization other than the federal govt broke contracts like this and refused to reimburse expenses already incurred the university could sue.

Work at a state university- can confirm feds are refusing to honor research contracts here too. The grants have been executed, no stop work order, but fed will not make promised payments. It’s not just the ivies.

Thouple and/or Miller’s wife left him for Musk seems the more IMHO likely rumor based on hint hint nudge nudge Wired article and Reuters/NYTimes reporting tonight. Plus - her Twitter backdrop is telling.

This reminds me of having mono in my 20s. I wonder if this Covid strain also has immune system gone haywire similar to mono.

Is the US going to be able to claw this money back from Musk when all this is over? (please let there be an end date to this insanity). Seems like Trump admin is paving the way for seizing money from organizations and breaking contracts.
