Watching Baseball in the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s I don’t ever recall umpires essentially charging the mound like Estabrook just did. Or how about the jackass that ejected Realmuto in a spring training game because he move his glove when ump handed him a ball.

With the issues of transitioning from third to DH I don’t think it was very Prudent of Breslow to go down this road with Devers. I am curious if Nate Lowe from the Nationals is worth a look.

My wife got to view a game up there with friends and loved it. Has there been an explanation why Langford was ruled safe or will that come post game? I know a few of us are curious.

Gonzalez seems like more than an adequate replacement. Do you foresee them trading for an upgrade? Doesn’t seem like much is out there for 1B’s. If I recall Arenado said he’d play 1B but you might have to give up too much to make that happen.

Without much help in the minors seems like it’s Romy’s job with Wong as the backup? Wong was serviceable last year. If Casas is out for an extended period it will be interesting to see what move Breslow makes.

I think what I’d like to see players start doing is when a fan crosses the line like Jahmai mentioned point it out to the umpire or usher and have fan removed. Emotions can be hard to hold back when a line is crossed.

LeBron is a great player but his constant faking fouls is taking away from his legacy. That said I’ll add today’s basketball is tough to watch. Too many tuck, run 6-7 steps and dunk. No traveling calls.
