1000% they got an AI to write it. I've used AI to search for papers when Google Scholar wasn't cutting it. But then 𝘐 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴. And AI does sometimes give fake ones. The 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 way to screw this up is to not even read the abstract of the article you cite.

This is a really important read for many people out there, as this has been erroneously reported. The spending bill DOES ban HRT from Medicaid, which is horrific. It does NOT ban ACA/Private plans from covering it, as Gillian Branstetter of the ACLU lays out in her thread here.

I try to be a team player with consults. I get all the tests, try the 1,2,&3rd line treatments, get more tests, & only then refer to the specialist. However when their assessment/plan is basically "yeah, that sound good", it's really annoying for me an the patient. Like at least make something up.
