My whole point is putting racists in jail isn't the solution--now you just have pissed off racists and we have to pay for the their. Instead, people (not governments) should act to bar them from society. Don't employ them, don't let them shop, etc.

I forgot you're the arbiter of all things. We both agree racism is bad, but that there are different ways to fight it. Locking people up for speech is not the way to solve the issue. Education and osterizing racists is way better than locking people up.
