Often I wonder the plan by India or its proxy killed one guy in Canada who allegedly wanted split Punjab state from rest of India created uproar that has created significant friction between India and Canada+USA. USA had targeted foreign leaders or significant person and killed? Difference?

Zakir Hussein ended up in US almost accidentally as his father (Alla Rakha) was supposed to play table with Pt. Ravi Shankar but was sick. He suggested Zakir (who was in India then) as replacement. At age of 17 years, he showed up in NY at midnight, ended up staying for good. Most humble person.
