Distressed by Brexit and wondering if Scotland or UK will rejoin the EU first... We certainly need to be in Europe now! #FBPE

Huh? "You're poor so you deserve a low rent house ... but only for xx years... after that you're out on your ear however poor you still are" Really?

I sincerely hope such chicken are labelled....but of course they won't when served in a fried chicken shop or in a supermarket ready meal. Oh dear

They're content with moaning on social media... Trump and his masters know that most voters are 'more worried about getting on with life' than protesting on the streets.

Not boneless then?

Astonishing. How could anyone have the arrogance/stupidity/sheer bloody gall to say that!?

More like it shows what a rubbish agreement #LiarJohnson negotiated ! (I haven't used that tag for ages; it was a pleasure to use it again)

Oh, Shane! You seem to have Twitter manners...insults rather than arguments. Perhaps shame rather than Shane is needed.

14 years. 14 long years. 14 years of Tories making everything worse and you've so forgetful that you blame Labour! Ffs

It's worse than exceptionalism, its sheer ignorance and stupidity about how the world works. Exceptionalism is "I know how it works but i don't want to follow the process" Stupidity is "I don't know how it works but I'll pretend I do"

What fool. Obviously didn't know what being a councillor meant! Ffs

Dead right. This situation has been the case for years. Government has a choice to either try to push social media to fix it or by limiting access to it. What's cttee's next step?

Or perhaps its a reflection of stupid decisions to allow so many bodies in England to be 'independent' and decide for themselves how to do things. See also GP practices and NHS England.

I think you're just being silly cos you 'don't like Starmer'! For goodness sake let the process run and if it permits s*** chicken etc then have a moan. If it doesn't then just be pleased with something achieved by our Labour government.

Free or freer movement for Indian workers was always feared by the Tories.... is that within this trade deal? Perhaps wrapped up in the 'services' part of the deal..

I hope its not split evenly between the 6000 surgeries in England. If it is it will barely touch the sides.

I remain in hope of a better longer term outcome than this court judgment.
comment in response to post
Of course he has... what do you want him to do? Question the court judgment???
comment in response to post
(And not the 'we must comply with this judgement' but the longer term response to address trans rights if or when it comes)
comment in response to post
IMO Labour had the rug pulled out from under them by the court judgment. Can we not wait to see their response?

Morally I agree... but doing that would be very bad for our pension funds and would utterly scare off foreign investors.

Sounds like the opposite of the Truss budget but might have the same effect on the £ etc... Re utilities... how is that paid for or should UK just nationalise with no compensation to share holders?
comment in response to post
So what should he do to get the message across?
comment in response to post
How does he get over the message about the good things Labour are doing when so much of the media is tory run?

Plant grape vines at selected NT locations?

Hopefully those voters will notice that, at best, nothing gets better.. but I sincerely doubt they will even think "I wonder if my vote has had a good effect" come the next election
