My only point is that it would seem better to have a veteran as a mentor and potentially a spot starter than a failed prospect. Pickett isn’t going to help develop a young QB whereas Flacco might (at least a little) and Atlanta would be more likely to win a game when Flacco plays than Pickett.

1. Does the Cleveland QB room make a lot more sense if it was always a play to get Cousins?

Yeah. There are some Apple shows that I think are duds (The Morning Show, The Last Thing He Told Me, Surface) but if you were to randomly pick a show from a streamer, Apple is absolutely the best bet—they’ve chosen quality of quantity.
And, they are pretty awful at promoting so lots of hidden gems
