We live in a pretty evil world, but this statement is the most evil thing I've heard/read in a long time.

I just found some weed I forgot about, and I hope something unexpectedly good like that happens to you today, because that's the best present.

This song makes me cry and it makes my skin feel weird. "Shakes me, makes me lighter" (The song performs itself in the hearer) It makes me want to hug everything and keep everything safe from itself. Can't be done. Compass points to the impossible. The telos is magnetic north. That's fine.

I knew this song before it was the theme to the smart doctor TV show.

Cities get way too much shit. So does the reality of rural areas, erased by decades of fascist propaganda engineered to kill the solidarity that scares the shit out of them. Don't fall for it!

I just noticed this, and I took a trip to wiktionary about it. I like that a lot. It's a good name.

I love it! I think I discovered it on facebook years ago, in one of the obscure animation groups I was in at the time. It's so good. Visually amazing, and a great take on the characters

I ask the question daily, multiple times per day. I may never come to an answer, but I probably will. I'll handle the timing. I'm totally fine with "maybe," and I'm cool with "none."

When this topic comes up, I feel like I'm being pushed and rushed to come down on a side of something before I can get a comfortable approximation of what it means, of the consequences for my life. The alternative to a bad policy should not be a complete absence of any policy.

(also speaking of Winnie Pooh, check this out if you've never seen it: youtu.be/Wlk7O2-rnQs?...)

I really needed this reminder. Bringing the 100 acre wood into it is a nice touch; it humanizes an existential process that can feel uncanny sometimes. Everything about Pooh and co. reminds me of being outdoors, reminds me of being safe.
