It's so targeted at me, I'm flying a trans flag in front of my house and I carried a Ft Sumter flag to the No Kings protests the other day. Looks good.

Like, just to be clear, my anger is very focused on the Republicans. So what? What next?

And what, Mitch, is Patty actually asking me to do? Put my name and email on another fundraising list? What do you suggest?

Senator Murray, who is in a better position to convince Senator Cantwell, me or you? It's you, of course. After you've done that, what would you like me to do?

I thought at first you meant Guillermo del Toro's film, but I see, no.

re approval voting, it's so simple to translate to RCV. Say: Tag the candidates who are ok, and also the candidates you don't want Then: Do you want to rank your candidates in order? If not, go to RCV with an average Rank them, and finally: Do you want to rank any of the leftover mid candidates?

I'd like to see the second American Republic become a reality after so long.

Yes, for those monitoring all social media, I attended a protest flying a flag that expressed violent action against those people, those governments or so called states that betrayed American ideals.

Idk, maybe with the warmer early June weather it's put them a little on edge? It's different though.

I don't know about downtown, but up here in north northeast Seattle, it's because the baby crows are fledging and don't know to forage or even fly and and the parents are *stressed*

I think a "liberal education" as found in most American colleges is really a chance to think. To think beyond precarity. What could the world be like after that? A primary split -- AI is a tool "I need this degree so I can get a job": I'm sympathetic, I did it Not the best way to build a society

Luciá apparently I had you muted? I don't know why. Whatever. I'm interested in what you think is the violent far left etc etc in Seattle. We can switch the conversation to DMs anytime and not dox ourselves with details of neighborhoods and so on.

Imagine meeting on a Warcraft server, and arranging the next meeting via encrypted chat: "Minecraft server [] at 20250529T0205 use encryption key [] roll a new character, use character name #5,6 or 7”
comment in response to post
I imagine it's pretty easy to implement. So I checked and there's an encrypted chat add-on for WoW and Minecraft already, I didn't find one for Fortnite immediately.

The healthcare provided to senior representatives and senators is top-notch. You're not going to get anything like that in an assisted-living or memory-care facility, at any cost.

Where's the actual budget? What, what are we doing here?

To the NYT, how can you be neutral and balanced and arbitrary when it comes to the destruction of the country that we love, that you love? "Springsteen is critical of Trump's policies", I'm sorry, what? What the. are you saying?

Sewing machines are incredibly complicated and the manufacturers try very hard to make it look very simple. I like these videos for showing what's going on in a basic stitch (301) youtu.be/zk9h8ByMcvg?...

As a pedestrian myself, I respect it.

Me. It will be ten years in a week or so, and the house is about 1,400 sq ft, but that's probably close enough, yeah? In a little neighborhood of North Seattle, but we need more housing, more people, more diversity. I'd feel the same in Portland.

Clearly a rather silly organization

They say every billionaire is a policy failure. A societal failure really.

20 years have cooled my white-hot anger to a dull orange, but I'm furious still.

American leaders really should have been executed for Iraq.

Nordic style - you're following the rules, of course we'll help. You're not following the rules? What! Of course we'll send people to help you understand the social contracts. I think/suspect/imagine this is (could/might be) a good approach. Am I even a proper American?

Just checked my bill, yeah. I think it's been a cold couple of months, and maybe the rate went up, not sure. My partner is knitting a temperature shawl, and there're many many rows of the colder colors in the first part of this year.

Never mind the goal posts, when it's second and twenty-five, you appreciate the rusher who has gained five and still has his feet pushing forward.
