Teacher, yes. And I really enjoyed the teaching part. Didn't much care for the politics of the admin behind the scenes though.

No, the only qualification is that they be loyal to Trump and go in the direction he points without issue, being necessary in order to invade only at his chaotic command even against citizens.

I am not interested. We need opposition leadership now, and everyone seems to be bowing to Dear Leader in some form or other, save few.

Who buys a house when we are in "correction" territory where everyone knows a recession is on the horizon? Seems like it would be stupid to do that with anything other than a full purchase using your stocks, so that there is no debt on it.

I would say instead the Americans have, in seeing how far the felon is willing to go, have invoked their very own version of protectionism.

You are welcome. I hope I was clarifying enough. As you might be able to tell from the organization of the M21-1 with the A, B, C, D, E organization layers, there is a lot of information and that is just one part.

What they wind up saying is that UR condition is less likely than not OR at least as likely than not, your condition is related to service with something to back it up. But, if you served in Vietnam and later got diabetes, then the medical opinion is not needed as that condition is conceded already

It is just what they are calling it. It is the reasonable doubt, the language is just a bit fancier in the law. This piece is directly decided by the medical examiner based on what the vet states is occurring, any objective evidence in the exam, and piles of medical outcomes in life and literature.

This bit is the 38 CFR 4.3 of resolving reasonable doubt: www.ecfr.gov/current/titl... And this bit is about how PTSD claims are processed: www.knowva.ebenefits.va.gov/system/templ... And of course I already shared the part in the CFR of the rating criteria, if the case gets that far.

It is not solely about relying on whatever the vet says is happening. That is a piece, but anyone is going to look at objective evidence and weigh that more. And you go no-where without the dx, the link and the in-service event. But, the in-service event could be just a badge on your DD214
comment in response to post
If there are as many factors saying grant as there is saying deny, the tie goes to the vet. They must have a condition diagnosed by an appropriate medical professional, an in-service event, and a link between the in-service even and the current diagnosed condition.

I know that you aren't going to want to hear this, but the answer to your question is: none. The DC is 9411 under 38 CFR 4.130. And regardless what you think you hear in the SCOTUS decision, all cases are found in favor of the vet when in relative equipoise. Problem is, they rarely are that close.

Is that not the entire premise behind higher education? As far as what I use it for, nothing I do is something I would pay for. But, at this particular moment in history, I say build 40k of them and let them figure us out. They'd probably do it better than the disaster we got going on.

There has been a lot of them shouting for a long period of time. Fed Workers are just trying to get by in their day-to-day while trauma-checking email to see if they got fired in the last 5 minutes. Trauma is trauma no matter the source, so the analogy applies.

I think the analogy she had was perfectly put. The re-contextualization you put there is not what she said.

Establish a criteria that is objective, then publish the results every so often, perhaps 3-4 months. And eventually it will become one of those measures that get used for the health of the country.

Certainly something I would do if it were me and real. But, a lot of federal employees didn't get the chance to come into the office to get fired. Some were by email, some have had their supers call them at home.
comment in response to post
Only if he pressed the button right before he got fired. lol. Reconsider your assumptions.
comment in response to post
wrong question. What you really want to know is precisely when he pushed the button last. lol.

Anybody else try this? I got 1 Alisha today. No Cami's. bsky.app/profile/case...

Still a 5th place loser since they were tied, but I think it was the 500 freestyle event that year that takes the complaint. Still don't know what any of it has to do with the price of eggs though.

Eventually someone is going to need to arrest the felon and that might just need to be the national guard. Go ahead and give them some cover now so it isn’t shock and awe later.
comment in response to post
My point was, those who have that authority won’t.
comment in response to post
And just who do you imagine is going to arrest them?
comment in response to post
Yes he can.

Be careful doing that. Copy the texts and change up the spacing, put it in a new document, correct all spelling and syntax issues, then post it. Don't post the orgs.

Their allies tried to blackmail a presidential candidate. They did not succeed. It was not important enough to them to protest both candidates. They also didn't want to know why this situation was occurring fully. They want to hang on just a small thread rather than the whole picture.

They don't regret it. I have a side convo going on one where they just randomly pop in and attack me with their "Kamala didn't reach out to us" horse shit. They don't take the time to learn to understand the rules and just wanted to attack Kamala and Joe instead of being actual adults.

I am an adult that doesn’t have to call people names to make a point. And I am not unlike the majority of adults in this country. Learn social skills and we might listen to what you want. But life is full of disappointment. Y’all need to get your blood pressure checked. Seriously.

Respectfully, I was not talking to you.

I just bought a year’s worth of TP. Because history repeats itself.

You don’t think some of them won’t awaken when their daily staples start rise in price. Internet trolls aren’t the majority of people.

Please also direct federal employees to Alt National Park Service before they share anything to anyone due to spacing issues.
