why would they have to? AMD has provided the silicon for both sides since the Xbox One and PS4, and for tightly integrated CPU and graphics architectures on x86, AMD is still pretty much the only game in town

i think signal desktop was found to have some security issues so if you're worried about being targeted it's probably best to keep it exclusively on your phone. i mean i still use signal for linux on multiple machines, but your paranoia may vary

i went through the majority of the Switch's life as a huge fan of Nintendo, but in the past couple of years my Switch has been collecting dust in favor of using my PC and Deck to play games that are either indie or 15+ years old. i just can't muster the energy to care about even decent AAA stuff
