My actual worry is that they think Keon is easily replaceable, or that they already have his replacement with Carter or Nique. They should realize they need a lot of those guys.

Admittedly, having Keegan and Keon as your two most important players probably isn't ideal. But if they're not going to blow it up, this is the only way I see to building something someday.

I'd match no matter what and make it clear to everyone that's what I'm doing. If someone makes him an offer, I take the full 7 days to match. For me, he's the second most important player currently on the roster after Keegan.

I think vital is a fair word to use. It's vital they keep young talent. It's vital they build a long-term foundation. It's vital they add defensive players that embrace their role. Keon checks all those boxes. If they trade him, etc., ok, but just letting him walk is a catastrophe (IMO).

Low income housing doesn't even have to be that low. Unless it's "very low income housing", they can set the price/cost at 50%-80% of prices based the local average income. I think most people would love to afford prices for people at the 80% of Meno Park resident's average income.

You hit on it for me. I just can't find a team that has a realistic fit for Sabonis, particularly at that contract. To a lesser extent, the same with DeMar. He's an expiring contract, that makes it more optimistic for me.
