I once broke my pelvis so I know. Ankylosing spondylitis has my spine really f'd up with the facet joints degenerating in my lumbar and my arthritic knees (and feet) and my left knee has a baker's cyst that requires constant compression, so yes, I probably shouldn't even be doing steps and uphill.

You'd think they could at least toast the shit out of those apple jacks so they might hold up a minute on top of whipped cream.

IKR, but it only takes that one little scare and I'd be adding 8 floors of steps (double) to my daily walksies.

I get high potency true strains gummies from 3CHI in Indianapolis. They require a picture of your ID to purchase. If all hemp consumables were sold this way, there wouldn't be a problem. They retail for $39.99 USD per bag of 20 but each gummy is 4 servings. They have specials so don't pay that much.

I don't know how many floors up you are, but if it was me I would be taking the stairs. Never really trusted elevators.

The hemp gummies I take have THC, sure, but they have a lot of great cannabinoids and terpenes that they aren't yet extracting from regular cannabis, like cbt and cbz. They make all the difference in me being able to function through the three types of chronic pain I have.😡🤕

An owl has been calling out on my predawn walks. This morning it sounded like two owls. I call back, trying to mimic their sound. When I used to walk in the evenings I would sometimes see one, in the same marshy area near the estuary.

And it's not skinny, it's being as fit as you can be whatever condition you're in. That's the goal. I never step on a scale anymore.

Samish bay is very shallow and that's the one I'm close to. Ships anchor out in the deep waters on the other side where the refineries are. Great for paddle boarding with dogs as you aren't going to drown if you or the dog falls or jumps off. Although a harness with a handle is recommend 🐕🦺

So sorry for your loss. Clearly, you gave him the best life he could have had and he loved you just as much as you him.

Oh, and I saw a lot of little squirrels that I've been leaving nuts for. Almost touched one as it was looking for it just as I was putting some up on a higher rock edge. I didn't get pictures as they seemed to be scurrying about doing their squirrelly stuff. Best just to leave them and let them eat.

But at least I didn't vomit, which would mean losing the supplements I had just taken.
And because it's Sunday and they don't work on the rockslide Sundays, I can go when it's light and see what they've been doing. Making and installing dowels with tubing and grout. I took pictures

...at least I don't really experience the pain in the same way. Still an annoyance but Idk much. Trippin' to music. And I took the drug I'm supposed to take once a week twice and I'm almost out. This is why I can't take meds.

Me, too! That and things made from it, like topicals with CBD CBG CDN THC and ancient herbs.
I would like just one dose of a strong painkiller if I ever fall and am badly hurt. I'm not afraid of pain and not afraid of dying, but I suffer enough and shouldn't have to at the end.

It was gradual. I didn't stop everything at once. When the super expensive injections were too hard for my hands to self inject, which the insurance company insisted on because if I had it done at the dr's office, they bill it as medical and they make more billing as meds or some bs.

And anyone who thinks authors don't have self esteem issues and appreciate compliments on their work. Sometimes it's just the thing that turns their mood around. Never hesitate to give an honest acknowledgment of someone else's work.

Didn't want to comment as your post was at 420. Sorry to make it 421. I have a pair of Crocs for working outside and they are filthy. I just try to keep the insides reasonably clean so I can slip them on to go get the mail or go to the garage.

No buds. No buds, no flower, no tomatoes (but they may be on another plant nearby).
