If everyone is just going to make shit up, can we fast forward to the part where we drop imaginary bombs??

Do you really want your last moment to be hitting some type of poor person emergency shut off button in your car??

I’m a couple hundred feet to your left. If you get run over yell real loud and I’ll come out and help you send your parting skeets.

That's awesome! I used to sub for auto-tech classes. What a gig!

You want to drive a vehicle that weighs over 5,000lbs? Great! You just need to pay a small tax that goes to support Trans Lifeline and of course display your large official 'rainbow' sticker on your car door to prove you're not a scofflaw.

I hope Cuomo looses, because duh but as someone with no skin in the game the “oh god NYC might get a horrible mayor” dooming from non-NY people is kinda hilarious. It’s NYC of course it is.

The Saab has a Triumph designed engine so I just tell myself the small leaks are normal.

I’m somewhat surprised to learn that every single person on BlueSky lives in NYC.

I'm worried about what's going to happen when Karlita sees this. 😂

Basically my people’s bible. I was able to fabricate a new high beam relay by following the scavenger hunt of broken links on that site. Somehow the e-commerce stuff actually works too. Dave’s a good guy.

A Chevy Malibu rental was the only rental I ever had that pleasantly surprised me*, for all the reasons you pointed out. * I don’t rent cars all that much.

I’m a general skeptic of over technology everywhere, but I do like paying on those tablets and just going when we are ready.

Important context to my investigation is that the moving truck showed up and the flag was hung minutes later. Weirdo behavior.

That appears to be a real Group A race car. This will hopefully drive up the value of my 91 wagon, basically the same thing.

Yeah I was going to make this point, they had pretty cars and some reliable engines but the build quality always gave me the ick.

I know a few non-ICE federal agents and one ICE agent who’s a friend of a friend. They really feel like they don’t have a choice. Which is something I can’t wrap my head around. Americans are too willing to follow orders.

You get a more and better car for your money today. It’s undeniable, but trim-flation is an issue. Sometimes people just want cheap cars, and that barely exists today when it used to be a major segment.

I wish my washing machine would break because I hate it — it lives on through spite.

Survivorship bias is a rear thing and I believe that most items probably better now then in the past. But not refrigerators, I refuse to believe they were always this fragile. More power hungry sure, but not this fragile

Yes sorry, for clarity “I was going to argue with you but I saw your suggestions and agree”. 👍
