Continuing to come out in opposition to trade deals and now reduced friction for business with our biggest trading power is not just baffling politics, it’s completely un-conservative

As a huge lover and staunch defender of the BBC I do find decisions like this baffling. Firstly, it’s heat pumps - there is very little reason for them to be controversial and just because the window of public discussion moves right or left, that doesn’t mean people shouldn’t be informed

Quite impressed how much worse everything is getting at speed. A useful lesson for us all in systemic/institutional resilience. (There isn't much of either.)
