I'm in WA too. Recently heard from Cantwell for the first time since the election ($$). Murray is fairly regular with email updates every quarter. My Rep., Rick Larsen has been very active this year and I'm appreciative of it. He's been holding regular town halls both in person and on Zoom.

Democrats have had a serious problem getting their message out. I have no problem with anything that works, including a podcast. I have a much bigger problem with Democratic politicians who don't even try to reach out and touch the public.

Politics is more theatre now than ever before, due to social media. It's a sad state of affairs, but it's the new reality we face. CPW's reference to the lack of private conversations is especially discouraging. Perhaps if they DID meet face to face, real bipartisan progress could occur.
