The reason the detention centers are in Louisiana and Texas is because they are in the 5th Appeals Circuit. It's the most conservative federal court district. The regime purposely set these camps up there so their pro-Trump judges could deny the appeals from detainees.

I saw that too. I was trying not to complicate things. Lol

Apologies not needed. These times are very tough for us in this country and everyone is on edge. I truly hope you will not be affected by the cuts or that they never pass. Keep strong and stay healthy.

The problem with the contempt move as I understand it is who makes the arrest ordered by the court. That usually falls to the U.S. Marshalls. They are part of the executive branch law enforcement, i.e. controlled by Trump agencies.

That crossed my mind as well.

If this is true, then China knew what the deal was and didn't take the bait. If they had called Trump it would have allowed him to claim "they called me begging to negotiate".

Apparently the sarcasm of my comment was lost on you. I actually do not support the reduction of Medicaid or Social Security. My comment was a jab at people who do support cuts and if you look further at the things I comment to I'm no fan of MAGA and their ilk. It's okay, I'm not mad.

Be nice, she's had her head bounced off wrestling rings too many times. Lol

Whoa, ease up Miller. He'll let you touch it if you ask nicely.

If the investigations are run anything like how she conducts trial defense there should be no problem.

Does that mean "Paint the fence" is now "Salute the Fuerer"?

And yet no one can seem to find the cause of why he sounds like he's gargling a mouth full of gravel when he talks.

Not trying to be an Eeyore, but this is the MAGA administration. They hate admitting defeat more than they do the poor. I'd be surprised if they aren't already coming up with a work around to get out of doing it. It's pretty much what they do every time the courts block them.

I think Mike Johnson's son's computer just got a notice alert.

I've read a number of articles on the prison system in Louisiana over the years. The picture they paint would make the term "America's Gulag System" an understatement.

Noem: They should be imprisoned forever. Me: So should dog killers.

I have to admit I didn't fully know what a censure was till I read up on it. It's just an official admonishment, that's it. You don't lose anything. LAMO I would rack those things up and wear them like badges of honor.

In breaking news today the President held a cabinet meeting in which after the conclusion all participants had orange lipstick for some reason.

And who's gonna lock him up? The DOJ? Bwahahaha. Remember their new mission statement: We serve the President not the pissant people.

Remember folks, Republican party success at the polls absolutely depends on decreasing voter turnout.

Saw a similar remark from a social media account that Blackwater (Now Constellis), the legal mercenary business in this country, is already contracting with either the federal or certain state governments to build massive detention facilities and begin deportation operations using their people.

Residents of Louisiana will now have their cuts in Medicaid replaced with one free voucher for a hands-on faith healing. Remember you can pray the poverty and health ailments away if you just believe hard enough.

Well of course someone had to tell her about it, she's not smart enough to do it on her own.

Guess someone in the WH forgot how much of our debt and money China has its hands on.

Why don't more interviewers do that? When they don't answer your question just say "so that's a yes" and watch them start back peddling and getting flustered when you move on to the next question.

Translation: I'm mad that corporate America lobbied politicians decades ago to loosen regulations that allowed businesses to ship jobs overseas for cheap labor so we could make obscene amounts of money, but now no one wants to buy our overpriced goods made here and that is unfair.

It can't be good cop/bad cop if both cops are terrible human beings.

That's one of the things that pisses me off the most, the absolute hypocrisy from anyone in Congress. They rage about their opponents doing something and then totally ignore the fact they do the same thing. I hate hypocrisy with a passion.

I made the mistake of not voting for him when he ran for President. I've learned from that mistake. If he or somebody like him ran again for anything, even at a local level, they would get my vote immediately.

Apparently we can't make America great again unless your shower head strips the flesh off your body.

The real question I want to know is when President Stupid announced a delay in tariffs which resulted in a huge rally did Faux News put their stock ticker back up?

Apparently someone didn't get the memo Federal Law Enforcement no longer works for the American people, but only serves the needs of the great Orange God King.

Ahh yes Kristi Noem, the only person in the world who thinks Old Yeller is a comedy.

I can save you the trouble on this. MAGA is totally fine with it and a good portion of the electorate doesn't care.

Maybe they should have done it like this: 🍺🍸🤮📱 See that's much more fun.

Hey look! Vance is pretending to be a soldier just like he did in the Marines.

Fair enough. Go back to your trailer park skank.

No matter which decision is made MAGA will spin it as a win for them. MAGA already wants to shut the government down. It will be another pretext for them to justify going all out on federal job firings. My point of view: they have constantly bragged about how they control Congress. Make 'em prove it

Secretary McMahon, how does the administration plan to help students with special needs? Secretary McMahon: We plan to give them a swanton bomb from the top rope and then go for the three count.
