What will happen when the batteries fail in the middle of a combat zone? The extra weight from the armor plate will drain the batteries a lot quicker than the standard vehicle. Either keep the traditionally fueled vehicles or convert to LPG or Hydrogen fuel cells..

We did the tramway a couple of times in the 80s, in conjunction with the night sailing to the Channel Islands. I remember regularly stopping en route whilst cars were bounced out the way. Usually outside the dens of inebriation!! The return trips were daytime affairs, which were easier operations.

I'm going the other way. Having worked the 323s in the late 90s and early 00s, I have to say I prefer them over the new CAF 195/331 trains

I feel sorry for you. Those MiseryRail 777s are awful - uncomfortableseating and no facilities. Why Tyneside Metro have followed suit with their 555s I'll never know.

It's been vicious all day, depending on where you are. Driving from N. Wales to Liverpool in the early hours, then out on the iron road for a shift followed by a drive back home. Been bad out there!!

The RHTT MPV is a far better sight than the unreliable and uncomfortable 'supertrams' MerseyFail have invested in!!
