I am 100% in the Julien Baker Fan Club. She canceled her tour with Torres the night before the Houston show.

It’s not deep. But has some fun fights/violence in it. Trashy 70s soundtrack.

Have you seen Duster yet? It’s on Max. It’s like Dukes of Hazard and Tarantino had a bastard child. And that child raised itself on Looney Tunes.

One day I got plucked out of the hall and was asked to show some dude to the bathroom. I wasn’t really paying g attention and would my way through the maze of halls to the staff BR. I pointed and said “There’s the pisser.” And turned around to who I was leading and it was Jon Bon Jovi.

I worked at the Alley Theatre in Houston in the 90’s. The local “Adult Worktime Rock” station hosted a summer concert series in the small theatre. Every week someone me played an intimate show. I was prepping a show in the big space.

I don’t personally know one, but there is a Buffalo Soldier museum in Houston. They may be able to point you in a better direction.

The crazy thing is Roberts is an ex VJ for MuchMusic in Canada. As a kid, in Iowa when Satellite TV was the Wild West, I used to watch.

I saw a quote that was something along the lines of - no one thought fascism could exist along with book clubs and Jamba Juice but here it is.
