40,000 Canadians served in Afghanistan to aid our then friends, the USA. 159 of those who went died, the highest per capata casualty rate for Allied forces.
And now? Those in charge in America think our contribution was a joke.

Following that belief we would expect to have seen 'neutral voiced' NYTimes headlines about Biden during his controversies. We did not.

Will you be doing a followup on how your 'aggregation to riding projections' went? A quick perusal shows some were very close, others well off.

While Canadian polling continues to be quite accurate, aggregate polling continues to be less reliable - especially when used to predict riding level numbers. Continued care is needed when publishing such extrapolations

Even at a bare majority any sort of hiccup could bring down government. Longevity of this Parliament requires LPC working with NDP & GPC. And that's a good thing. Governments of cooperation are more resilient, less extreme

The Mail, Telegraph, Times and Guardian/Observer published 1,079 articles attacking trans people over the course of 365 days, April to April. They printed 79 the week of the court ruling.
This is the level they've been at for some time.

Advanced poll ballots are being counted at the same time as ordinary poll ballots. They are counted at the Returning Office by the DRO who worked that advanced poll. At the same time the DRO who worked an ordinary poll will be counting ballots at the poll site.

Actually highlights how polling aggregation is given *incorrect* impressions by often inaccurately increasing CON or LIB numbers at the local level due to higher national numbers.

Unfortunately that's *exactly* the state of our Canadian political system federally & in a number of provinces. "Just be a *bit* better than the other guys" is the best re-election strategy. Too bad 2015 Liberals didn't keep their promise to end first past the post!
