There has never been anyone in history more deserving of impeachment.
Any of the founding fathers, who the GOP pretend to worship, would vote to impeach and remove Trump instantly.

I wanted to stay somewhat positive with my newsletter this week. But, this was true then and it’s only getting worse. Gestapo is not some over-the-top, click-bait term. It’s the absolute truth.

(I hope this fictive scenario does not come to pass but holy hell do Democrats need to pull their head out of the sand and realize it's growing more likely every day)

Trump is EXTREMELY unpopular and his approval is sinking fast. You have to keep throwing anvils at him. Impeachment is a Constitutional remedy and can unite all the reasons why this old degenerate has got to go. Be relentless, make it the topic every time.
WHAT THE FUCK ELSE ARE YOU DOING??

At minimum, all Democrats should be using every opportunity to make the case for impeaching Trump, because it's a POWERFUL case.
I know savvy Democrats and supporters will point out that it won't succeed right away. So fucking what. You keep fighting on to make the case. What else are you doing??

I think "no one is coming to save us" is understood by most sane people at this point, and that 'no one' includes most of the Democratic Party.
But Brad Lander and people like him are an exception. Even if his party can't turn things around instantly, they can and should borrow his courage.

It's not about distracting us. Like all narcissists it's about distracting himself from the self hatred inside that he's spent his entire life trying to distract himself from.
We are, unfortunately, just along for the ride.

Reminds me of a document my grandfather had to use to prove his "Aryan descent" in order to remain a police officer. The document was dated after Hitler came to power.

GOP pols are too terrified of getting primaried by the next MTG equivalent to do anything other than keep licking Trump's anus, so that's not going to happen.

"The Left" you speak of are the old career Dems that just want everything to go back to when they traded power back and forth with the GOP and nobody actually had to do anything.
Like George B. McClellan they don't want to win. You invoking them means you don't want to win either.

I saw interview where she stated when she told him his words have consequences, he told her," I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings".
1. Classic abuser answer.
2. He's well aware that the consequences will be to incite more violence.
3. That knowledge makes him happy.

“That the ‘Appeal to Heaven’ flag is being flown on a government building alongside the American flag should be shocking to anyone who doesn't wish to live in a theocracy,” says Jon Lewis, a research fellow at the Program on Extremism at George Washington University.

The church leadership will be a little miffed he is saying the quiet part out loud, it lacks "decorum", but they're all evil greedy self-important shit heads just like he is.
To reference the Book of Mormon, they're too busy on the Rameumptom being self-congratulatory hypocrites to scold Lee.

Lmao church leadership fully agrees, they just value "Decorum" too much to say it out loud like he does. They're not going to excommunicate him or even say anything.

Judge Bennett: Is it your view that if the president simply invokes the statute, gives no reasons, provides no support, and there is nothing that appears to justify it, the court still has no role? No role at all, even with no reasons, no facts?
DOJ: That is correct. Unreviewable.

The way out is to recognize you hate yourself most of all and stop. Then you will suddenly stop hating everyone else.
Much, much easier said than done, of course.

That's why when DJT made the most mild possible embarrassment of himself by tweeting half asleep and creating the word covfefe he ordered his stooge to make the ridiculous statement that it had meaning that only smart people could understand.
A normal person could just say "I was nodding off"

For most of them it isn't possible. There's a little demon of self hatred inside that they try to put to sleep by hatefully blaming someone else. Admitting to being wrong, about ANYTHING, would give the demon several dozen cups of coffee. Or a bunch of meth.
