Story wise, it's sci-fi. It's a dystopian thriller(maybe?) Everybody has long complicated Chinese name, which gives me a hell a lot of trouble in translating. MC is a med student! Hurray! We have human experiment, drug testing, gun-scene, cops, motorcycle, military guy, and an amusement park!

This marks the end of my journey for now. Technically there is more to do (fencing, door), but by god I need to give it a rest for a bit. The important things are done.
Planted a couple chili peppers, bell peppers, tomatoes, and replanted my strawberries up here now. HUZZAH!

The color differences on the soils though... From the white bag in back, that's raised bed garden soil. One bed closer is all-purpose garden soil, then by the bucket is county compost. The palr stuff nearest the camera is the bad soil I got yesterday

Not /finished/ finished but I AM done with this stack of dirt.
I have some bags of higher quality soil but I may pick up a few more to go on top of this. Plus fencing and the door on the planters, but hopefully I can plant things soon phew

I am at the "I never want to see a shovel again" stage but honestly...almost...there...!
I gotta get this done today because tonight it will rain and I do NOT want to shovel wet dirt. And next week is 90s-100 F. So 💀

In hindsight I'm disappointed in this soil quality. The better stuff was a lot more expensive, but this stuff is pretty bad. Debating what to do about it but I have it so....oh well for now I guess

The order is immediate so trans and nonbinary folks should be able to send in applications to update their passports starting now. I caution that this window could close at any moment. The passport officers likely won't have heard of it so include a copy of the court order in the application.

After 7 (or 8? I lost count) trips to pick up compost from the county waste management I have officially given up on getting it myself. Yes, it is free, but the cost physically of shoveling it twice plus all the driving is too high
I have bought the rest of the soil and it will be delivered tmw
