This game is like the Tesla of video gaming - utter shite

Sounds really “Small Town England”, and I can appreciate that.
Although there is a part of my that wonders if, if you had hung around longer, would Simon Pegg have been involved?? 🤣😂

A replacement would be so difficult, with the way we play with him being so isolated. Any incoming player would probably see a massive drop in stats.

The Medical Debt Industry will have a melt down about this type of stance … now I’m conflicted. Haha

Can’t join Bluesky, he was Jewish … maybe Mastodon, as he was a working class labourers son 🤷

Just wait 20 years and it will probably be ‘fact’ in Wikipedia 🤭

Says each step is 6 months to a year. We haven’t ‘really’ seen step 1 yet because industry still honestly expects a walk back or rejection of them somewhere.
Bigger issue will be scarcity that could compound pricing

Probably something spiky/peaky here and there, but will be gradual
Front run with a protective guesstimate jump.
Step 1) Refactor supply chain increases from data
Step 2) Refactor supply chain’s refactoring increases
Step 3) Refactor Consumer price increases
Step 4) Refactor for internal increase

Also bad - try getting code updated with a Base64 value. If you feed content for update, your Base64 WILL change at some point 🤣😂

There are good fits in my skills
I lack depth in, or to build out boilerplate document text, for LLMs
I can get awesome results, but the effort is huge. They constantly forget, add random stuff, and eventually just go rogue with their content.
It is like parenting a toddler/teenager combination

You aren't going to get owned by quantum dark blockchain AI, you're going to get owned by somebody with a British accent phoning up your Service Desk at 2pm on a Friday with a kebab in their mouth.

I wondered if we could replace Partey with MLS.
We would gain in athleticism and defensive nous.
If he can shift to cover the Right DM, then he’s a natural to cover both LB and RB, either as they maraud or as a double pivot with IWB.
I think he would need to step up the long pass game though

The worst part, is that everybody nods their heads, make jokes, and say “We told you so” … but they honestly don’t understand just how bad this will get.
It’s like a feeling that Democracy being destroyed won’t change everyday life, or only affects other people.

They can’t imagine a world where the rule of law doesn’t protect them, where their data will be used against them even when “they have nothing to hide”. They haven’t lived in an authoritarian state that decides what happens to you based on characteristics of seeming innocuous data alone.

If there’s some big bad bogey-man, or conspirational “Them” then we know we couldn’t have done anything about it. We didn’t get duped.

Love this point. It’s also how we get conspiracy theories and religion.
People struggle to believe crazy or bad shit happens without intent, as there’s a need to find blame and/or responsibility.
Nobody wants to admit that “A cigar is just a cigar” because it accepts we have no control.

It gets better:
The scrolls, once written cannot be changed or amended.
Those amendments … oh they prove that it can never be amended from what was written.
No!! Amendments mean it cannot be changed. Put that f’n dictionary away leftie!!

Said it a million times: It is the perfect surveillance solution for a rogue state.
A single update could make it happen:
- Every Tesla monitoring every second
- Streaming back to Tesla via Starlink
- Grok AI parses the data
- Crosslink to X data to identify individuals

Authoritarianism, plain and simple.
The Marxist or Capitalist swing is not ideological, just a way to benefit the ruling party.

I would love to read how we react to change in US cybersecurity posture
Such things as how our orgs being so reliant on things like NIST & CISA publications
Like what happens if MITRE & NVD databases are “massaged” to support political aspirations of the US & its improving relationship with Russia

Ahhh … welcome to the ‘Freedom of Choice vs Ethics’ discussion, my friend.
Tis a dark and miserable place in here, and the more you learn, the more you realize ‘soundbite statements’ (tweets/posts/toots) are just truly asinine.

Honestly I don’t think Tesla will continue to be profitable as a regular car company. I assume he intends to just funnel Federal contracts to it, then he doesn’t have to worry about his behaviour at all.
