I’m happy for whatever type of game you all want to play. Running it for my group has helped me fine tune a couple of things. ☺️

We’ve just finished a big sci-fi Call of Cthulhu one. Next Saturday my usual Tuesday night group is meeting in person (!) for Session Zero of Pirates of Drinax. 😀 exciting.

Found you! ☺️

Quite possibly yes! 😅

There's a follow-up to this one in the works. ☺️

No you're right it's not - it's set about 10 years before Star Wars, so five (?) years before Andor S1, but I still found it useful as it's got more background and characters from the "Empire" period. ☺️

My thoughts turn to the scattering of my uncle Alan's ashes in Morecambe on a windy day, and the Big Lebowski moment...

Great rich setting, we’re in the middle of a campaign at the moment which should lead into Shadows of Atlantis this autumn. My group love it.

Hi, my campaign is/was set on Jedha during that era, with PCs playing Partisans. Some books I found v.useful for reference: - Rogue One Visual Guide - Star Wars Complete Locations Volume 3 - Dawn of Rebellion Visual Guide - Dawn of Rebellion (FFG RPG Sourcebook) - Solo the Visual Guide

Yes I have this it’s brilliant. Some great material on Jedha which I have used. 🙂

I wrote a crunchier hack for 2d20 Dune, using STA2e and writing specific examples of using The Voice. It brings in armour, Stamina, weapon damage too. Ran it at North Star last month.

Did I share my crunchier add on for 2d20 Dune with you? Lets you get up close and personal fighting those Harkonnens rather than “I move asset A to zone B to defeat opponent C.

We used the STA2e rules for Dune and it was much more fun. 😀

I love Harn, have some books and an adventure from back then called “Dead of Winter”. My set came with two maps of Harn. Bonus!

I remember reading the first couple to my daughter when she was little. The first 2 or 3 were perfectly fine children’s books. Nothing more. Then suddenly book four was twice as long. A few chapters into that one my daughter said “this has got boring can we read something else?” So we did. ☺️

My son and I have been working our way through them too after he asked about them and I realised I’d only seen the first one. We watched Fallout this week which was our fave too (although they’re getting longer and longer). ☺️ Plus Henry “reloading his guns” is worth it. 😆

That’s should be superb. You’ll be near Bow Fell and Rossett Pike? Hopefully you’ll get good weather, safe travels sir! ☺️

Where you headed on Friday?

It’s not no, it’s something I’ve written for folks I game with but I will be running it at some conventions soon. 😊

Absolutely LOVE this. Has a real French comic book vibe which is something I love love love. 😍

I went to see the original animated films with my daughter and she’s so not into how this new film looks. “What’s the point in it, dad?”
comment in response to post
We’re about the same point in Dept Q. Also enjoying it. Mythic Quest is such a lot of fun. ☺️

Players in forests being stalked by cultists or worse “I’m sure I saw a play about this back in Rome. Blairicus Witchus Projecticus I think it was called…” 🤣
comment in response to post
Sounds great! I have played a one shot which was fun but I can see how it lends itself to the road movie vibe. 😊

Oh brilliant it has a conclusion! I’ll stick that on my shopping list. 😊

Another +1 here. My doc said best things are saline flushes, hot shower (lots of steam) and Sudafed.

Interested to watch replies here. Regardless of rules a good chase that’s cinematic should have great narrated obstacles. Oh no your quarry has ducked into a restaurant. Look out we’re in a busy kitchen! Out into the alley, there’s a truck backing up, he’s going up the fire escape etc etc. 😀
