Out of the wind yesterday it was such a lovely day on Mendip, we didn't walk that far but it was so nice to just sit in the sun after such a grey winter.

Started taking a pain medication last month, did help a bit but side effects intolerable. I took half the lowest dose prescribed but now having horrible withdrawal symptoms trying to get off it. My body is so sensitive to medication, always wondered if its linked to Gilbert's Sydrome which I have

Moel-Y-Gest only 262m high, but packs a punch, the only small hill I've had to abort an ascent, descend to the bottom and start again! Beautiful far reaching views and small rock scrambles.

Home working means I can use my lunch hour to clean my house when I have energy, rather than sitting in an office lunch room doing nothing and being too tired to do it after work. Added bonus of being active.
